01General
Welcome to the Orel AI website ("the Site", "we"). Use of the Site and the services offered on it — website and app development, AI agents, RAG systems and automations — is subject to the terms detailed below. Browsing the Site or ordering a service constitutes agreement to these terms.
02The services
We provide development and implementation services for digital products. The exact scope of work, timelines and consideration are defined in a written quote delivered to the client before work begins, and it alone binds the parties.
Prices displayed on the Site are estimated price ranges ("starting from") and do not constitute a binding offer.
03Payments
- Payment is made according to the milestones defined in the quote
- A price agreed in a signed quote will not change, unless the client requests a material change to the scope of work
- Monthly retainer services renew automatically and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice
04Intellectual property
Upon completion of full payment, the source code developed for the client passes to their full ownership and is delivered in a GitHub account under their name. Third-party components (open-source libraries, cloud services, AI models) are subject to their providers' licenses.
We reserve the right to display the project in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
05Warranty & support
Every project includes a warranty period for fixing defects as defined in the quote. The warranty does not cover issues originating from changes made by the client or a third party, from third-party providers (hosting, payment processing, AI models), or from use contrary to instructions.
AI-based services depend on external model providers. We make an effort to choose reliable providers but are not responsible for unilateral changes in their prices, availability or performance.
06Limitation of liability
The services and the Site are provided AS-IS. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or loss of data.
07Law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
